Anam's remarks on Jagan receives flak from YSRCP

Hyderabad, April 13: Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayan Reddy’s outburst against Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy and even going to the extent of wanting him to be hanged for all the misdeed,  received flak from the YSRCP leaders and supporters.

The YSRCP workers in the state capital picketed in front of the  Institute of Mental Health at Erragadda and raised slogans demanding  that the Finance Minister  be admitted for treatment in the Institute as he had lost  his mental balance. They tried to meet the Superintendent of the hospital and submit a memorandum in this regard.

The police closed the main gate of the hospital and prevented the YSRCP workers from  entering  the premises. There was scuffle between the police and the party workers for sometime in which some YSRCP leaders sustained injuries. The police arrested the agitators and brought the situation under control.
The YSRCP legislator Balineni Srinivas Reddy lashed out at the Finance Minister for his comments against Jagan and said that the sudden outburst of the Minister was  mainly intended to placate the  Chief Minister and safeguard his own ministerial berth.

Reminding that Anam Ramnarayan Reddy’s political growth was mainly due to the patronage of late YSR, Srinivas Reddy felt that the Finance Minister was now set his eyes on the Chief Minister’s seat and hence playing a double game to appease the high Command by targeting  the Kadapa MP. He warned the Anam brothers to control their tongue and mind their own business lest they would have to face the wrath of late YSR supporters and admirers.
